Party with the Lai babes!
Alicia Mei Ping Lai & Olivia Mei An Lai cordially invite all our friends to our 1st Birthday Party. When we say friends you know we don't have too many yet but we would like to make some new friends in our new country, Canada. Our Yeh Yeh is bringing Chinese food. We like to watch people each Chinese food because we don't have many teeth yet and we heard that watching Westerners struggle with chopsticks is very entertaining! We are told that the 1st birthday of a Chinese baby is a big celebration with family and friends! So, if you want to be our friends - please come! We will give you the traditional Red Egg. That is nothing like giving you the "rasberry" although Alicia might do that anyways to you! (Daddy showed her how to stick her tongue out and blow! We like daddy - he funny man sort of look like Mr. Buddha)When: Saturday August 12th, 2006 at 5:00pm

Welcome home Dave, Grace, Alicia & Olivia.
We had a blast reading through your blog. I couldn't stop laughing. Seriously, what a time we all had in China, eh? But it's great to be back in Canada. We wish all of you a wonderful blessed life together. May the twins give you much joy and happiness. We'll keep in touch!
